Is the Thai FDA permit free?
Yes. Thai FDA charges nothing. Our fee covers preparing your application so it is complete and correct.
Do you submit the application for me?
You submit it from your own account, with your own email, because the permit is issued to you. We prepare every answer so it takes about ten minutes.
Is this medical advice?
No. We only tell you how customs rules classify your medicines. Never change your treatment without your doctor.
What if a medicine isn't on your list?
Type the active ingredient printed on the box. If we still can't classify it, we say so and link to the official search.
What happens to my information?
Your answers stay in your browser. If you ask us to read a photo, it goes to our reading service only to pull out the text and is deleted straight away. We don't keep your passport or medical details on a server.
Do I have to type everything?
No. Photograph your passport, your booking, your prescription and your medicine boxes, and we fill in the form for you. You only check the highlighted answers.
